Biography:
Born and raised in Canada, Siena has always enjoyed spending her recreational time outdoors. She relocated to Hong Kong a few years ago and although loves the hustle and bustle of the big city, she loves to explore the outskirts and take her yoga practice outside of the studio.
She completed her 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training, 300hrs Advanced Hatha Teacher Training and Polestar Pilates training in Hong Kong and has had the privilege of sharing and teaching to her students since. With her deep passion for yoga, and her more recent training in pilates, she's looking forward to bringing you a relaxing but also very envirograting class integrating the synergy between the two.
A connection of both practices in which she strongly believes has simultaneously strengthened and benefited herself and would love to share with you.
